About This Notice
This notice explains how GLOSKU INC handles personal information in connection with this website, business enquiries and the initial assessment of potential engagements. References to “GLOSKU”, “we” and “our” mean GLOSKU INC.
Equipment programmes, laboratory engagements, financing assessments and contracted services may involve additional information and separate data arrangements. Those arrangements are established for the relevant engagement; this website notice does not replace them.
Information We Receive
When you contact us, you may provide your name, business email, organisation, role and the information contained in your message. We also receive information you choose to include in supporting documents and subsequent correspondence.
Please send only the information needed to explain your enquiry. Do not include patient records, personal financial records, confidential research, access credentials or other sensitive information in an initial message. We will agree an appropriate channel if an engagement requires such material.
The enquiry tool prepares an email draft or a text file on your device. It does not submit your entries to GLOSKU or save them in browser storage. Opening the email draft passes its contents to your chosen email application; sending it is a separate action under your control.
How Information Is Used
We use business contact information to understand and respond to enquiries, identify the appropriate personnel, arrange discussions and maintain a record of the conversation. If you ask us to assess a programme, we use the information supplied to understand its scope and prepare the next steps.
Information may also be used to meet applicable legal obligations, resolve disputes and protect our systems and business. Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on the basis appropriate to the activity: responding to a request before entering a contract, legitimate business interests, a legal obligation or consent where required.
An initial enquiry is not a credit application. Any subsequent credit assessment will identify the relevant parties, required information and applicable notices before that assessment proceeds.
Access and Disclosure
Business correspondence is accessible to the personnel who need it to handle the enquiry. Communications, IT and professional service providers may process information for the services they provide. They are not given a general right to use your enquiry for their own marketing.
Where a programme requires input from an equipment manufacturer, integrator, service provider or financing party, the scope of any information exchange is determined as part of that engagement. We may disclose information where required by law, to respond to lawful requests or to establish, exercise or defend legal rights.
We do not sell personal information received through business enquiries. This website does not use advertising trackers or behavioural advertising profiles.
International Engagements
Our enquiries and proposed programmes may involve organisations in different countries. Information may therefore need to be accessed or processed outside the country in which it was supplied, depending on the people and providers involved.
Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, the relevant transfer must be supported by those safeguards. You may contact us to ask about the arrangements relevant to your information; no particular location or transfer mechanism should be inferred solely from a supplier logo on this website.
Retention and Security
We retain correspondence for as long as it is needed to respond, manage an active discussion or maintain a record of a resulting business relationship. Retention also takes account of contractual responsibilities, applicable recordkeeping duties and the period during which a legal claim may be made.
When information is no longer required for these purposes, it should be deleted or anonymised. A request to delete information may be subject to records we must keep by law or need for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
Access controls and appropriate organisational measures help protect information. No communication system can guarantee absolute security. Please contact us promptly if you believe information sent to us has been compromised.
Website Technology
The current website uses no optional analytics cookies, advertising pixels or embedded third-party video players. Fonts and media are served as website assets. The enquiry tool does not use browser storage. Your browser may cache assets as part of its normal operation.
Our hosting and security providers may process connection information such as an IP address, requested URL, browser information and request time. Any additional measurement or storage technologies introduced to this website will be reflected in this notice and, where required, accompanied by appropriate choice controls.
External links and email services operate under their own terms and privacy arrangements. Selecting an email link opens your chosen email application; it does not itself send a message.
Your Rights
Depending on the law that applies, you may request access to personal information, correction of inaccurate information, deletion, restriction of processing or a portable copy. You may also have a right to object to processing based on legitimate interests and to withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing.
We may need to verify your identity and understand the scope of a request before responding. Rights are subject to applicable legal conditions and exceptions. You may also raise a concern with the data protection authority competent to consider it.
Contact and Updates
For privacy questions or information requests, contact GLOSKU INC at notifications@glosku.com. Please use “Privacy” in the subject line and describe the information or interaction concerned.
